Rocky Knob Woodcrafts Return Policy
We actually make what we sell, and therefore can assure all
quality aspects of our products. If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with our products, please contact Rocky Knob
Woodcrafts within 10 days and we will refund the purchase price of
the product less a 15% restocking fee and return shipping and
handling charges.
Please e-mail our Returns Department at returns@rockyknobwoodcrafts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. If necessary, you can also call 740.253.8492 to discuss any special circumstances.
Returns can’t be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, product name, product SKU number and the reason for return.
Any product returned should use the original box and packing materials.
You will be responsible for shipping charges on returned items; Rocky Knob Woodcrafts will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s). Rocky Knob Woodcrafts strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged, and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
If merchandise arrives damaged, please accept it from the carrier making sure any damage is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Rocky Knob Woodcrafts to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify Rocky Knob Woodcrafts immediately.
